1.  What is the best way to reach to your customer service ?
A. E-mail is the best because we promptly reply e-mails and it is better to keep in our records.

2.  What services do you offer?
A.  You may see from our site that we offer various services which any business need for graphics, print,  signage and distribution of marketing mail if they are unaddressed admail or addressed admail.

3.  How do you distribute mail and what kind of help you provide for mail campaign?
A.  Based on your requirements for distribution we analyze the area you are interested to target and find out how many copies you will need for that campaign.  Once it is printed we arrange distribution through only Canada Post, which we can trust for guarateed distribution and better ROI. We prepare packages as per Canada Post guidelines and deliver to the designated corporate postal outlet.

4.  We have our marketing campaign ready on scrap piece of paper, what should I do next?
A.  If you know how to design and prepare print ready PDF file to supply us- We can take your PDF and print.  But if you don't have graphics software or don't know hoe to design then we can help.  Our professional graphics design service will help you save you your valuable time and allow you to concentrate on your business.   Based on concept and matter provided by you our graphics department will come up with initial idea of layout and modify according to your suggestions.

5.  Why your website does not have online design tool and ordering facility?
A.  Having online design tool is great for both of us, mostly more convenient to printer because they get final design and their pre-press department just print and prepare for delivery.  By using online design tool you have limited graphics templates to choose from and you are loosing interaction between your service provider.  You do not get advantage of utilizing Graphics Designer's own expertise and making uncommon design.   Since it is available to all people you may have similar cards which are very common.   That is why, at ADORN, we decided not to use online tool for design.  We want to provide unique design to our clients and make them stand out from the crowd.  For order collection and processing our response time is very quick if you e-mail us a request which is same as you go online and order.   Try to e-mail us and experience the quick response time, you will get your answer why we don't need online order system.  We believe in starting and maintaning long term relationship and want to interact on one-to-one basis to appreciate for your order and respect you as our valuable client.
