Following are the terms and conditions for Cancellation and refund of the job.

(1) We do not refund 100% on any cancelled job if it is processed.  However, upon receiving the cancellation request, we calculate the cost for the operations we performed and credit the balance amount towards next order.

(2) On-line order can not be cancelled and refunded.  However, we allow modifications to the artwork if it is not processed.  If client still decide to modify they have to pay for the work performed on the order.
